Guidelines for Oral Paper Presentations – LTSICON 2025
Eligibility
- Open to all registered participants (students, residents, clinicians.)
- The submitted abstract must be based on original work relevant to the field.
- The presenting author must be registered for the conference.

Presentation Format
| Duration | 8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A. |
| Slides | Use a minimum font size of 24 pt for readability Avoid excessive text; use bullet points and visuals where possible |
| File Format | PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) only |
Technical Instructions
- All presentations must be submitted at the AV desk at least 2 hour before the session.
- Only standard fonts and formats should be used to avoid compatibility issues.
- Embedded videos or animations should be tested in advance.
Evaluation Criteria
Papers will be evaluated based on:
- Scientific merit
- Clarity of objectives and methodology
- Relevance to the field
- Quality of data and analysis
- Presentation skills
