Guidelines for Mini Oral Paper Presentations – LTSICON 2025

A Mini Oral Presentation will be a brief oral communication, of 5 minutes, followed by a short discussion.

Eligibility

  • Open to all registered participants (students, residents, clinicians.)
  • The presenting author must be registered for the conference.

Abstract Submission

Word Limit Maximum 300 words
Language English only

Methodology
Results
Conclusion
Format Submit as Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF
Deadline 30 Sep 2025
Review All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee

Presentation Format

Duration 5 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A.
Slides Use a minimum font size of 24 pt for readability
Avoid excessive text; use bullet points and visuals where possible
File Format PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) only

Technical Instructions

  • All presentations must be submitted at the AV desk at least 2 hour before the session.
  • Only standard fonts and formats should be used to avoid compatibility issues.
  • Embedded videos or animations should be tested in advance.

Evaluation Criteria

  • Papers will be evaluated based on:
  • Scientific merit
  • Clarity of objectives and methodology
  • Relevance to the field
  • Quality of data and analysis
  • Presentation skills
