Payment can be made by netbanking/bank transfer and QR card via UPI. Please upload the screenshot of payment.
A registration confirmation email will be sent after payment is received.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- The organizers must be notified of cancellations or any modifications via email – admin@ltsicon2025.com
- Cancellations and modifications regarding accommodation bookings before “ 1st October 2025 “ will be refunded in full after deducting a cancellation fee of Rs 1000/-
- Cancellations received after 1st October 2025” are non refundable.
- “Delegate replacements are not allowed however abstract transfers are allowed with a transfer fee of Rs 750/-.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Registration and Payment
Submission of an online registration is regarded as acceptance of these terms and conditions, however the booking will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. Payment in full must be received to confirm registration at the conference. If full payment is not received when the conference commences, the delegate will be denied entry to the conference. We accept payment through QR code via UPI or net banking/bank transfer only.
Privacy
The personal information provided during registration will be held by the Liver Transplant Society of India for record purpose. By registering for this conference, the registering delegates agree that this information can be used by organising committee to contact them by email, post, telephone or fax, in order to provide information about the conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. Changes and Postponement
The organising committee reserves the right to change the program, venue and timings without any prior notice. Under unforeseen circumstances that make postponement or date change necessary, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegates. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the registration shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule above.
Liability
Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. The Organising committee cannot accept any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, the Organising committee will not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in the conference.
Insurance
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange for an appropriate insurance cover while attending the conference. The Organising committee cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
Photos & Filming
For promotional purposes, photography and videography will be done during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded can communicate in writing prior to the conference.
Website & Links
The conference and associated websites may link to other partner websites and social media networking tools for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which the organising committee takes no responsibility.
Visa Requirement
It is the sole responsibility of the delegate to take care of his/her visa requirements. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Delegates are advised to contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa application.
General
The Liver Transplant Society of India and the organising committee of LTSIcon 2025 reserve the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice. If one or more of the above conditions in these Terms & Conditions become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants in the conference, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
Currency and Taxes
All payments must be made in India currency (Rupees). Delegates are responsible for any applicable taxes, including the goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), bank charges or other similar charges.
Bank Charges and Transaction Fees
Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment will be borne by the delegate.
